This course includes 60 minutes of interactive instruction & hands on practice of basic self defense skills, in addition to the Basic Self Awareness & Defense Course.

Being prepared on how to react in an active shooter scenario can make the difference between life & death. This course is 2 hours in length, and consists of lecture, demonstration & improving your sense of security & awareness in your individual surroundings.
