- Training information & materials are the property of RISK Prevention Services, and therefore are not to be sold or re-purposed by any third party.
- In the event that a customer is not satisfied with a training course, either online or in person, every effort will be made to resolve the matter.
- All information that is given in our training courses is intended to help increase personal awareness & safety. This information is NOT endorsed by any specific law enforcement agency & is brought to individuals from years of personal experience by the instructors of the courses.
- RISK Prevention Services does not accept any responsibility for the outcome of an individuals personal safety & awareness, or any dangerous situation that they may find themselves in, where that individual applied information from one of our training courses. These courses are NOT guaranteed to prevent risk, serious bodily injury, or death to any individuals that take the training.
- We reserve the right to refuse service or training to any individual.
- We reserve the right to disable any user account for non-payment, fraudulent activity, or any other reason that conflicts with the goals we have to help serve our communities.
